Litsyd offers a Trade-In service, allowing you to exchange any jewellery purchased from our shop for a new piece within one year. New jewellery price needs to be equal or higher than the original jewellery price. And the price difference is determined by your original purchase price and the residual value of the traded-in item.

The residual value of the trade-in item is determined by the following factors:

1. The extent of scratches or dents.
2. Any deformation, dimensional changes, or breakage.

The trade-in value ranges from 0% to 80% of the original price depending on the jewellery condition.

Steps for trade-in:

1. Complete the form below.
2. The assessment process takes approximately 2–3 weeks.
3. After the assessment, you can purchase new jewellery from litsyd.com at the trade-in price with our coupon.
4. Send us your old jewellery after you receive the new one.
