- 2–3 working days within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland

EU Return Policy for Silver Jewellery
According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers who purchase silver jewellery online have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day the customer receives the goods. To exercise this right, the customer must inform the seller of their decision to return the item within this period.
After notifying the seller, the customer must return the jewellery within 14 days. The seller will refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.
Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized silver jewellery
- Items that are sealed for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery
- Products that show clear signs of wear or damage caused by use beyond inspection
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
